**Front End Manager, Sales and Customer Support**

Here at Compu-Silv Computers, we have a commitment to providing the best quality, value, and service to our customers and are seeking a like-minded individual to join our team as a Front End Manager, who will be responsible for all customer-facing aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, managing vendor relationships, inventory management, and staff supervision. **Job Type**: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

**Salary**: Starting at $18.00/hour

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers and maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
- Assist in the development of custom solutions to meet customer business needs.
- Ensure that customers’ orders are processed accurately and regularly monitor customer needs to facilitate continuous product availability.
- Optimize procurement processes to minimize costs while enhancing quality and reliability.
- Think creatively and “out of the box” in order to solve unique problems that may be totally unfamiliar and have no clearly documented solution available.
- Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
- Provide post-sale customer service as needed to maintain good customer relations.
- Keep informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, emerging technologies, and also the latest product-line developments.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent is generally required, industry experience preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
- Proven ability to simplify complex issues and communicate in a way which is easy to understand, specifically the capacity to instruct adults in the use of technology in a clear and concise manner.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise which entails lifting up to 60lbs.
- Well-organized with a disciplined ability to organize, prioritize and work within a fast-paced, high pressure and constantly changing environment.
- Must have the ability to remain calm and reassuring when receiving a request where the client may be stressed, frustrated, or angry.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, mobile devices (Android, iOS), basic networking (WIFI/LAN), and PC/laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Sophos, SonicWALL, VMware, and WatchGuard solutions an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
