What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Partnerships Manager to lead outbound sales efforts and drive revenue through branded opportunities for our talent, media properties, and projects. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing strategic branded content deals that align with our roster and content initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in media sales, talent partnerships, and brand collaborations, with a proactive and strategic approach to dealmaking.

Responsibilities

  • Control outbound sales and B2B relationships for the Shifted Digital roster
  • Identify outbound sales opportunities across all of Shifted Digital's talent roster and other assets
  • Create and maintain coverage reports on brands and agencies
  • Serve as a conduit between external partners and liaise with talent management teams on key priorities and opportunities
  • Represent Shifted Digital as the point of contact for external brand & agency partners
  • Leverage industry insights and generate market research to identify popular trends

About you

  • 3+ years of sales experience ideally in the creator space/talent management, media, brand partnerships, or a related field.
  • Wide-ranging book of established relationships at brands, agencies, and other key players
  • Proven track record of successfully closing brand deals and generating revenue.
  • Strong understanding of talent-driven and media-driven brand partnerships.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive outbound sales independently with a KPI focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines and possess follow-through
  • Located in Toronto/GTA (3 to 4 days in office per week; Friday WFH)
