The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned

Partnerships Lead

to spearhead Pine’s growth by establishing and managing key partnerships. This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in the financial world, a strong sales-driven mindset, and outstanding communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a go-getter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the

COO , and working closely with the

CEO , you will play a critical role in expanding Pine’s strategic partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through innovative collaboration opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish new partnerships within the financial industry. Identify, approach, and negotiate agreements with banks, lenders, real estate platforms, fintech companies, and other relevant stakeholders. Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, from initial outreach to final contract execution. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry players to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth. Represent Pine at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and explore partnership opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure partnerships align with Pine’s strategic goals and enhance customer experience. Track and report on business development efforts, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced

Professional:

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the financial services, fintech, or mortgage industry. Sales-Driven & Resulted Oriented:

A proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships. Exceptional Communicator:

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic Thinker:

Ability to identify market opportunities, build strong business cases, and execute on strategic initiatives. Relationship Builder:

Adept at cultivating and maintaining high-impact industry relationships.
