The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Partnerships Lead to spearhead Pine's growth by establishing and managing key partnerships. This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in the financial world, a strong sales-driven mindset, and outstanding communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a go-getter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the COO, and working closely with the CEO, you will play a critical role in expanding Pine's strategic partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through innovative collaboration opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish new partnerships within the financial industry.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate agreements with banks, lenders, real estate platforms, fintech companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, from initial outreach to final contract execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry players to ensure ongoing collaboration and business growth.
  • Represent Pine at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure partnerships align with Pine's strategic goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Track and report on business development efforts, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced  Professional: 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the financial services, fintech, or mortgage industry.
  • Sales-Driven & Resulted Oriented: A proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify market opportunities, build strong business cases, and execute on strategic initiatives.
  • Relationship Builder: Adept at cultivating and maintaining high-impact industry relationships.
