The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative, clerical and operational tasks including providing support to our Managers and Employees, assisting in daily office and operational needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities, while providing support to HR, Procurement and Logistics.

**Top 5 Responsibilities**

The duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
**1.**Update and Maintain Filing Systems including PO Management Files.

**2.** Update and input biweekly Payroll, track Vacation, Sick days and all other attendance.

**3.** Reconcile PO’s, Expenses and all designated Local Procurement items.

**5.** Assist Procurement, Logistics and Inventory teams when/where applicable.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- High attention to detail and excellent
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently both cautiously and efficiently
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Excellent computer skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment including faxes and printers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including occasional weekends.

**Qualifications**
- High school diplima or GED
- Computer knowledge or Office 365, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in an office setting
