Order entry - Provide Back up for Processing of Colour Charts
- Arrange Service appointments with Homeowners
- Prepare customer invoices and post payments
- Back up AP Co-ordinator - verify, and process invoices, match PO’s to invoices
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Conduct and complete any other duties requested by Senior Management

**Requirements**:
**-Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, and Outlook**
- Proven experience as an, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Preference given to experience with **SAGE** ERP software
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Home Building Industry preferred

**Job Type**: Part Time

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour
