**Job description**

As the Assistant Manager Office at Vinyl-Pro, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient operation of our office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Utilize your customer service experience to support our sales and customer service teams. Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries related to our products.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate records of financial activities and support in preparing financial reports as needed.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports. Assist in data entry and organization to streamline office processes.
- Provide administrative support to the operational manager and other team members as needed. This may include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Collaborate with the production team to facilitate the smooth flow of operations between office and warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience in a related field (1 year required - must have).
- Strong bookkeeping skills and experience in financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
- Previous experience in office administration or assistant management roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
