As a Leadership Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for building, implementing and sustaining a leadership program that aligns with Westland’s goals and strategies.

- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring different levels of people leaders
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a Leadership Development function, particularly in a high-growth organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; including public speaking presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong relationship management skills, career coaching capabilities and comfort in engaging people at all levels.
- Subject matter expertise in organization development/effectiveness
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and embrace change
- 5+years of experience in leadership/organizational program development
- 3+ years of experience developing and delivering innovative, engaging learning programs
- A degree in Leadership Development, Human Performance, Org Development, or equivalent field of study or certificate program
- Certificate or Diploma in Adult learning principles and design
- Bonus Financial Services, Retailor Insurance industry experience is an asset

**Once here, you'll**:

- Conduct needs analysis on leadership gaps and deployment strategies
- Provide thought leadership and leverage industry best practices to design and develop Westland’s leadership development program
- Facilitate leadership discussions and modules as required
- Work with business and HR leaders to understand the developmental needs of managers across the Company and implement appropriate development plans
- Continuous evaluation and updates to current leadership development initiatives against broader organizational strategy and success metrics
- Create clear consistent communications targeted for different programming levels and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and uptake on the programming offered
- Create and oversee change and communications strategies for leadership development offerings
- Support leadership assessments and succession planning process
- Balance the need for consistency with local customization, recognizing the value to each approach and finding common ground if there are differences
- Curate leadership resources from available sources
