**What do the positions entail?**

**Main responsibilities**

The Program Manager is an essential collaborator of the Program Director. Main responsibilities include accompanying partners through all stages of their projects and ensuring contractual compliance with agreements.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Support partners in carrying out their projects under the program;
- Prepare governance meetings for the project and all its bodies;
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data and financial and technical reports prepared by stakeholders;
- Monitor financial claims and payments;
- Prepare documents of various kinds;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**What profiles are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or related discipline;
- Three (3) years of relevant experience; 
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience;
- Demonstrated experience and skills in any of the following areas:

- technology project management
- financial management
- program management
- legal management
- Strong written and oral communication skills: ability to adapt communications to the profile of the person to be addressed;
- Rigorous individual who appreciates teamwork;
- High IT skills, experience with Office 365;
- Interest in the SME business environment: ability to work with minimum supervision in a changing, complex and pressurized environment.
- Functional bilingualism an asset
