**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Program Coordinator at Million Dollar Sellers (MDS), you will be at the heart of fostering and expanding our vibrant community of over 650 e-commerce entrepreneurs. Your mission will involve orchestrating and enhancing our diverse array of special programs, including MDS Squads, Ecom Lunches, Membership Extras, Experiences, and exclusive All-Star/Mastermind Events. Your role is crucial in curating engaging experiences, facilitating member connections, and ensuring the smooth operation and innovative development of our programs. By doing so, you'll significantly contribute to the value and growth of our community, making a tangible impact on the success of our members.

**ABOUT YOU**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Strategic Program Development**:Lead the ideation and execution of special programs such as MDS Squads, Ecom Lunches, Membership Extras, and Experiences, ensuring they align with MDS’s strategic goals under the EOS framework.
- **Effective Member Grouping and Support**:Manage the semi-annual setup of MDS Squads by carefully matching members into groups, facilitating their communication, and serving as a liaison to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
- **Event Logistics and Execution**: Coordinate all aspects of event planning for Ecomlunches and member-driven experiences, from venue booking to post-event lead management, ensuring alignment with EOS traction components.
- **Innovative Marketing and Outreach**: Craft and implement marketing strategies for MDS programs and events, leveraging digital platforms for promotion and working with the creative team on branding materials, in line with EOS marketing strategies.
- **Vendor Relations and Value-Added Services**: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors to provide Membership Extras, optimizing the value offered to members through systematic processes as outlined in the EOS model.
- **Feedback Analysis and Continuous Improvement**: Collect and analyze event and program feedback to drive continuous improvements, making data-driven decisions that are in sync with EOS’s focus on measurable results.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Oversee program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking within the financial management structure of EOS.
- **Community Engagement and Communication**: Maintain active communication with program participants and stakeholders, fostering a strong community spirit and ensuring program objectives are clearly communicated and achieved.
- **Content Development and Management**: Collaborate with the creative director to produce compelling content and materials for programs and events, ensuring consistency with MDS’s branding and EOS principles.
- **EOS Implementation and Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the Program Director and other team members to ensure that all programs and initiatives are executed in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), promoting a cohesive and structured approach to achieving MDS’s vision.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience related to event management
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Airtable, ClickUp, etc.
- Autonomous work ethic with team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently to debug a problem
- Willingness to travel for business and community events.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- $25,000-$35,000 dependent on bonus.
