**What you will be doing**:
Reporting to the DPO, this role is responsible for supporting our compliance and governance functions. We are looking for someone to support a number of areas of the compliance function, including the ongoing maintenance of our security accreditations, management of security and privacy standards and knowledge for client audits, onboarding and annual due diligence of critical vendors, and the oversight of the business continuity and accessibility programs.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of SOC2 and ISO27001 accreditations, including internal audit, controls, documentation, liaison with stakeholders and external auditors.
- Develop, review and maintain security and privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
- Undertake and support internal security and privacy audit assessments.
- Manage the security, privacy and governance knowledge base.
- Support the business development and client teams with responses to client security and privacy questionnaires.
- Manage a repository of knowledge and Q&As that will allow client and new business teams to self-serve, and provide support and training to these teams to make them effective at accurate/correct self service.
- Manage of the onboarding and due diligence processes for critical vendors.
- Manage and maintain the enterprise-wide business continuity program, including coordination of plan testing.
- Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain accessibility standards.
- Review and assess technical information for due diligence during acquisitions.
- Assist with contractual review of clients and vendors.

**What **you’ll** bring**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in IT, cybersecurity, privacy or risk & compliance
- Internal auditing of control, process and policy compliance.
- Hands-on involvement with security accreditations (eg SOC2, ISO27001), including liaison with external auditors.
- Knowledge of key governance frameworks would be advantageous, including NIST and WCAG WAI.
- Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude to interpret and understand legal terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to various audiences including clients, external partners and internal stakeholders, with varying levels of technical understanding.
