**What you'll do**:

- Building, executing, and optimizing omnichannel communication and outreach strategies with prospects in various stages of the customer journey.
- Help build our lead qualification playbook.
- Booking discovery calls with prospects (inbound and outbound) who meet our qualification criteria.
- New Business Development: Executing omnichannel account-based marketing and sales strategies to engage, educate, and establish relationships with new prospective clients.
- Acting as a product solutions expert: Represent the Launchpad brand; develop, deliver, and optimize product positioning and value prop.
- Testing new creative sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide market feedback and insights to sales leadership.
- Establish exceptional communication with all internal teams, and in particular with your Account executives whom you'll be paired.
- Map out your path to hit your monthly quota for meetings that occurred and meetings moving into qualifying.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Relentless grit & drive - Demonstrated persistent nature and experience overcoming objections. You have a natural tendency to do everything as well as can possibly be done.
- An honest and thoughtful communication approach that inspires confidence and builds enthusiasm. You act with empathy and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels.
- A real "can do" attitude coupled with a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and persistence.
- Passion for working in the integration, SaaS and recruitment space.
- Previous experience in inside sales, lead generation, telemarketing preferred.
- Strong cold calling skills preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A hunger for learning.
- Strong organization skills & attention to detail.

**Bonus, if you have**:

- Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience.
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, channel development, or marketing.
- Experience using Outbound tools such as SalesLoft/Outreach/LinkedIn/ZoomInfo as a prospecting, lead generation, and communication tool.
- Business development background/ experience in SaaS Sales.
- Expertise using SaaS tools, such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chorus.io & ZoomInfo.
- Startup experience or desire to contribute toward a startup organization as an early employee.
