- The Individualized Funding Resource Centre (IFRC) Society is a non-profit organization which provides services and supports to adults with disabilities who reside in British Columbia. We provide an array of services to individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and their families through the Community Living BC (CLBC) programs._

We are looking to hire a Full time 37.5 hours a week Program Manager to our team.

**Please note: This position offers a flexible Hybrid model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work, with 3 days in the office or community and 2 days working from home.**
- Have experience working with people with intellectual disabilities (on either the frontlines or in an administrative capacity).
- Have strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Have a basic understanding of the different provincial programs that assist people with intellectual disabilities (CLBC, PWD etc.).
- Have strong English skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to communicate in a business-like manner.
- Be person-centered, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- Have strong computer skills (CRM database, Outlook, MS Office, etc.).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop goals and objectives for the program on an annual basis, report on progress monthly.
- Oversee/monitor/facilitate programs and activities assuring that they align to client goals and interests.
- Ensure the planning and implementation of Individual Service Plans for each person in service is completed annually.
- Ensure the client's rights and wishes are respected regarding their planning and programs.
- Be involved in the hiring, monitoring, and supporting employees and termination if required.
- Delegate responsibilities to staff as required.
- Create a weekly staff schedule/monitor and manage accordingly/facilitate weekly and monthly meetings with the staff team, both individually and as a staff group
- Adhere to financial/payroll tasks and administrative paperwork timelines and deadlines.
- Liaise between all stakeholders, the client's home, the community at large and all funding/governance bodies.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to increase professional knowledge and skills.
- Participate in resolving any complaints or grievances put forward by client, staff, and stakeholders.
- Carry out performance appraisals as required.
- Complete any other tasks or duties as requested or assigned.
- Manage the process for incident reports (interviews, WorkSafe BC, CLBC).
- Identify staffing needs for clients, assist with recruitment.
- Participation in the emergency after-hours on-call rotation.

This position requires a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a similar management position supplemented with relevant education.

Compensation: To Be Determined, based upon experience
