Are you an experienced scheduler looking for a reputable, stable company with supportive management who will value what you bring to the organization? Join our team, Westguard is seeking a **Scheduler **to help support the operations in the Lower Mainland.

Job Description: As a** Scheduler**, you will be responsible for logging information, and Scheduling staff, accordingly, conducting various audits and ensuring that security patrol duties are completed.

**What you would do**:

- Schedules employees 2 weeks in advance.
- Scheduling hourly employees which also includes coordinating with employees regarding vacation/leave requests.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all clients, guards, prospective clients and Securiguard representatives.
- Manages and organizes scheduling and dispatching guards for all sites.
- Liaison with the Operations Mangers & Recruiters on the operational needs daily.
- Ensures all site-specific requirements are met before guards are mobilized to site, i.e. security licenses, driver licenses, drug.
- Works closely with the Operations Manager, Resource Deployment to provide additional support whenever needed.
- Coordinates with guards according to availability, suitability, and preference.
- Managing and overseeing hourly employee information changes and general communications

**What You Bring**
- A minimum of 1 Year experience as a scheduler is required.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
- Must be reliable, of sound character and a team-player.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office and excel.
- Must be able to MULTITASK in a FAST-PACED environment.
