Portfolio Resource Coordinator

The Portfolio Resource Coordinator (PRC) is responsible for ensuring that their group of sites and employees are supported by providing administrative support, strategically scheduling to reduce overtime, and facilitating training and clearance requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategically identify open shifts / open lines and work with the Client Service Team to ensure schedules are complete and adhere to our contractual obligations
- Work within a dynamic team environment with multiple operational stakeholders including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, CSMs, ASLs, Senior Management and our Operations Centre
- Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule that are prescribed to the PRC based on coverage type
- Coordinate with the Client Service Team & Assistant Manager to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for the assigned portfolio, including site visits, ongoing training, and a close working relationship with Paladin's management group
- Support and process ticket submissions
- Take on a large role in Paladin’s deployment process and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
- Use WinTeam scheduling software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll
- Complete daily and weekly reports to send out to management team
- Performs other duties as requested to assist with corporate and/or branch needs

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication
- Great computer proficiency and experience in MS Office. Previous experience with a scheduling software will be considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related is preferred
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions

**Salary: $45,000 - $50,000**
