If you are passionate to learn about data and technology in the investment industry, you will gain exposure to investment systems and processes, an understanding of accounting, performance, risk, security analytics data sets and learn about data management and ITSM best practices.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Acquire an understanding of the investment data workflow by monitoring and measuring data feeds from multiple sources including accounting, performance measurement, security analytics, and private market systems.- Gain experience with investment systems and market data sources (eg. Bloomberg) by monitoring and reviewing data flows into these systems for use by different stakeholders.- Manage processes to continually maintain and improve data quality- Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.- Interact with external business partners and data vendors to investigate and resolve data or system processing issues.- Interact with other departments such as Performance Measurement, Risk, Compliance, Investment Finance and Investments to assist with ad-hoc data requests.- Manage organizational and productivity tools in Office 365 using SharePoint, Power Automate, Loop and Confluence.- Assist in gathering and storing audit evidence to support compliance to regulations.- Contribute to internal and external operational audits and process reviews.- Other duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?- Working towards an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Computer Science or related field.- Minimum of two (2) or more co-op work terms- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, VBA, Python, or other programming languages-
- Strong oral and written communication skills, being able to communicate comfortably with both internal and external stakeholders.-
- Strong self-management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Word, Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, SharePoint, Visio).

Exposure to SFTP systems, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake services is an asset
