B2b Cold Caller/sales Specialist

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and foster interest.
- Product/Service Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or appointments with qualified leads to sign up and close deals effectively.
- Maintaining Customer Databases: Ensure databases are updated with accurate client information.
- Resume Building: Assist clients in crafting effective resumes or CVs tailored to specific job opportunities, highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
- Meeting Targets: Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, call volume, conversion rates, and signed up customers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to tailor pitches effectively.
