Business Account Representative

**Position Overview**:
As an Account and New Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities in the sheet metal fabrication industry. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the manufacturing and metalworking sectors. However, a strong technical acumen may be considered.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential leads and develop strategies for approaching them.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage relationships with current clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards targets.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or a related industry.
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials is desired, but not critical.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $62,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
