Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management (“CC&L”), an affiliate of the Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, is looking for an
**Administrative Associate** to join our Client Solutions Team. CC&L manages in excess of $58 billion for a variety of client types from institutional pension plans to retail mutual funds across a number of investment strategies including quantitative and fundamental equity, fixed income, and balanced fund mandates.

We are an award-winning client service team, responsible for managing all aspects of CC&L’s interactions with our institutional client base. The Client Solutions team is responsible for developing relationships with our clients where the creation of trust and confidence generates significant value to our organization. This opening represents a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is responsible for overseeing the processes and operational aspects of our firm’s client servicing function.

**What You Will Do**

The Administrative Associate will work closely with the Executive Assistant and the Lead of the Corporate Services Team, and will have a broad range of responsibilities which support our Client Solutions team and staff across teams within CC&LIM:

- Collect receipts, prepare monthly expense forms, and assist with annual budgeting projects
- Coordinate travel arrangements between staff and our corporate travel agency
- Coordinate technology and hardware requests, and act as the champion for the Client Solutions Team for new software system implementations
- Coordinate and support the internal, affiliate-wide meeting through scheduling and organizing the agenda, and sharing communication and materials for each meeting
- Provide back-up support to the Executive Assistant and ad-hoc support in areas such as events, coordinating gifts, completing purchases, etc.
- Distributing daily research internally
- Creating and/or updating process documentation periodically
- Collaborating with other departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Systems and Office Services on various projects or tasks

- **Industry Knowledge**: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in financial institution is an asset.
