In the role of Account Representative - Inside Sales you will work with our Quebec & Moncton teams on incoming customer requests and reservations. In addition, you will look to expand your portfolio by proactively approaching inactive customers and companies with which TIP does not yet do business. You will be responsible for incoming/outgoing sales calls (some virtually), preparing and presenting associated quotes, helping to build our customer base, as well as data input.

As an Account Representative you'll be performing the following duties:

- Profiling and updating customer information in Salesforce to manage account base
- Handling all incoming phone sales inquiries
- Developing and maintaining high-volume accounts to ensure that all customers have needs met in a thoughtful and timely manner
- Working with the branch team to manage and develop accounts to grow revenue
- To encourage revenue from all possible sources and geographies (from current and new customer) including parts sales and service.

To be successful you'll need to have the following skills and abilities:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an office environment in a sales capacity
- Experience in sales within the transportation industry is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including virtual meeting skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (French and English)

This position will be required to interact with managers and employees across Canada, where English is the predominant language. Someone who is bilingual is a requirement for this position in order to support the needs of the business nationally.

En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, Ventes internes, vous travaillerez avec nos équipes de **Québec et Moncton** au traitement des demandes et des réservations des clients. Vous serez responsable d'appels de vente entrants et sortants (et d'occasionnelles rencontres virtuelles), de la préparation et de la présentation des soumissions, de la croissance de notre clientèle ainsi que de la saisie de données.
