Inside Sales Representative

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Essentially, you will represent our clients' product lines in designated territories. Under the guidance of a senior associate and coordinator, you will conduct a range of activities including **prospecting, outbound outreach, soft selling, and customer service, **while also providing essential support to the team's daily operations. Primarily, the role will involve **contacting potential and existing clients within the healthcare network in Quebec (and some other provinces) to invite them to attend virtual presentations of innovative medical solutions.**
**What you will do daily**:
- Reach out to and invite a list of existing or potential clients in the healthcare network to attend virtual presentations regarding medical solutions.
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs.
- Coordinate presentation schedules with all stakeholders and subsequently deliver diverse product introductions via videoconference/TEAMS.
- Assist in business development activities to expand the customer base by generating leads and driving sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Perform any other related tasks in support the team.
**What we are looking for**:
Qualifications:
- **2 or more years of relevant experience in inside sales or call centers (mandatory requirement).**:
- College or university degree (an asset).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- **Fully bilingual in French and English (mandatory requirement).**
**Profile**:
- Self-sufficient and able to perform without direct supervision (remote work).
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products and convey them effectively to customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Detail and solution-oriented.
- Proactive and dynamic.
Technical Requirements:
- Must have a computer with Microsoft Office suite, a camera, and a recent operating system enabling the use of popular video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom...).
- Must have a cell phone.
- Must hold a valid work permit (if not a Canadian citizen).
