Inside Sales Representative

**Role Summary**:
Inside Sales Representatives are natural born closers with strong phone etiquette and an innate ability to solidify deals. Significant phone time is required working on auction deals, building customer relationships, and registering new dealers. This role is remote (or hybrid) so if you have the automotive and closing experience, we'd love to talk to you about it
**What You Will Do**:
- Work closely with your TSM, and others in your territory to quickly and efficiently work IF bids post sale day.
- Build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business
- Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- On sale days, you will proactively reach out to your book of buyers for your territory and get them to engage with the platform
- Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction
- Have an in-depth knowledge of EBlock’s platform and set new clients up for success using the platform
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
**What You Will Need**:
- Proven experience increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred but not required
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
- Experience in the auto industry
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
