Inside Sales Representative

The **Inside Sales Representative **works as part of a dynamic and energetic team that generates sales leads for the Allianz trade outside sales team through outbound calls and strategic prospecting tactics. As an integral member of the marketing and sales organization, they will directly contribute to new business revenue generation for the company, while developing valuable sales and marketing skills that will prepare them for future advancement within the company.
**Key Responsibilities/What You Do**:
- Generate new business opportunities for the company’s outside sales team through outbound calling.
- Learn and effectively execute various sales pitch techniques.
- Implement strategic prospecting and targeting techniques to improve personal results.
- Meet individual weekly and monthly incentive-based production goals.
- Interact via phone with high-level business owners and decision-makers.
- Develop and build relationships with Allianz Trade outside sales agents throughout Canada.
- Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve yearly team goals.
- Participate and engage in training with other departments within the company.
- Provide innovative and strategic ideas that help drive sales growth.
- Participate in direct selling opportunities in the SME market.
- Support other Marketing projects/activities as needed.
**Key Requirements/What You Bring**:
- College or University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Bilingual in French and English, written and Spoken
- Market knowledge
- Experience in client-facing, customer service, or inside sales role preferred
- Experience in lead generation preferred
- Phone based work experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use deductive reasoning and agile
- Ability to work well on a team and independently
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
- Data analysis and analytical skills
- Experience with SalesForce a plus

**Responsabilités Clés / Ce Que Vous Faites**:
- Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales pour l'équipe de vente externe de l'entreprise par le biais d'appels sortants.
- Apprendre et exécuter efficacement diverses techniques de vente.
- Mettre en œuvre des techniques de prospection et de ciblage stratégiques afin d'améliorer les résultats personnels.
- Atteindre les objectifs de production individuels hebdomadaires et mensuels basés sur des incitations.
- Interagir par téléphone avec des chefs d'entreprise et des décideurs de haut niveau.
- Développer et établir des relations avec les agents de vente externes d'Allianz Trade à travers le Canada.
- Collaborer avec les coéquipiers et la direction pour atteindre les objectifs annuels de l'équipe.
- Participer et s'engager dans la formation avec d'autres départements de l'entreprise.
- Proposer des idées novatrices et stratégiques qui contribuent à la croissance des ventes.
- Participer aux opportunités de vente directe sur le marché des PME.
- Soutenir d'autres projets/activités de marketing au besoin.
**Exigences Clés/Ce Que Vous Apportez**:
- Diplôme collégial ou Universitaire, de préférence dans le domaine des affaires, du marketing ou dans une discipline similaire
- Très motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers des objectifs précis
- Bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Connaissance du marché
- Expérience en contact avec la clientèle, en service à la clientèle ou en vente interne de préférence
- Expérience dans la génération de leads de préférence
- Expérience de travail par téléphone
- Solides compétences verbales, écrites et interpersonnelles
