**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $33,100.00-$134,624.99 per year
