**About the Role**
**Job Scope**:
- Organize, correlate and file paperwork.
- Data entry
- Reception
- Answering phone
- Creating internal memos for daily errands.
- Schedule daily administrative activities
- Willing to help train others as needed.
- Various administrative duties
- Vacation coverage
Hours of the position will be Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
**Required Skills and Characteristics**:
- Highly organized
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Keen to learn and flexible to take on new tasks to support the team.
- Professional, friendly disposition
- Strong communication skills and a proactive team player
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn our internal systems and tools
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
- Team-player and an ability to work independently
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner
- Exceptional time management
- Mathematical proficiency
**Experience and Education**:
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Data Entry: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
