_**Exciting Administrative Position**_

Victoria Ford Alliancerequires a detail-oriented _**Administration / Accounting Clerk **_to join our fast paced team. This is a full-time position located at our beautiful 4th floor main office in Victoria, BC and serves our multiple dealership locations providing general administration and accounting support.

- An eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Basic accounting skills including experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- A great work ethic with strong communication, clerical and Microsoft Office skills;
- Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks
- Enjoy being busy all the time in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to learn new tasks and contribute to the success of our team
- Experience working on a digital platform

**What you will do**:

- Prepare and post daily accounting journal entries
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies through schedule reconciliation
- Prepare monthly warranty remittances
- Maintain digital file organization
- Process New & Used vehicle sales through accounting
- Provide back up and support to AP/AR department

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
