As Value Added Reseller (VAR) Program Manager you will own the end-to-end development, management and continuous improvement of Fiix sales operations through Rockwell channel partners. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will work alongside the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams, all while learning and growing your abilities in an agile environment.

What you will do:
- Establish and document new operational processes, improve existing processes and maintain documentation-
- Process sales orders in Salesforce received through Rockwell’s commerce software portal-
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and be their main point of contact, acting as a liaison between them and supporting teams-
- Onboard and offboard channel partners from the technology stack-
- Assist finance teams with financial reconciliation-
- Work with data teams to ensure accurate program reporting- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field- Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a sales, sales operations or customer service/support role, preferably in a B2B SasS organization-
- CRM experience, Salesforce strongly preferredCreative problem solver that thrives in a fast moving, constantly evolving environment-
- Track record of building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams-
- Process-oriented mindset with experience developing, documenting and continuously improving business processes-
- Passion for data quality and getting the details right-
