About the role:

We are in search of a driven Reseller Sales Specialist who will focus on researching and strategizing and contacting target account lists. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly formed team focussed on selling and increasing adoption of both new and existing product offerings You are a passionate and process oriented solution sales expert committed to growing our product footprint in the midmarket reseller channel. This role is central to uncovering new opportunities within the reseller base and new prospects. The ideal candidate should display a steadfast sense of curiosity, a hunger for success, and a spirit of collaboration.

You will:
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing the reseller adoption and usage.
  • Schedule, run, and effectively qualify discovery calls with resellers and prospects, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions.
  • Confidently overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Efficiently use CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, BI tools, Linkedin) to target and build opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Support peers to improve sales processes.
An ideal candidate has:
  • 2+ years in a Business/Sales Development role, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Knowledgable in all things Internet (domains, websites, security, email, hosting, DNS).
  • Excellent time management and proficiency in outbound sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities. You're a conscientious listener and not afraid to ask questions
  • Track record in prospecting and scheduling meetings.
  • Detailed call logging and note taking skills.
  • Your work environment and work style aligns with having meaningful conversations with customers (video calls, voice calls, emails) daily.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English.
You'll be supported with:
  • Comprehensive product and sales training.
  • Clearly defined objectives with ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Technical sales support from a dedicated Customer Success Specialist and an open door policy with your direct manager. #LI-NA1

The expected On Target Earnings range for this position is $70,600 to $75,600. The commission portion for this role will be 19% to 22% of the On Target Earnings. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
