**Job Summary**

The Payroll & Human Resources Administrator, under the direction of the Human
Resources & Administrative Manager, will primarily be responsible in processing bi
- weekly payroll as well as assisting the human resources department in employee requests, recruitment, and benefits administration. This position will maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. This role will also accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and employee data. Must possess ability to adapt to new technology and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

**Job Duties**
- Manage full cycle payroll and process includes new hires, benefits, other changes, and processing timecards on a bi-weekly basis
- Periodical reporting of vacation balances, overtime and other accrued time off
- Preparing matching premium remittances
- Provide prompt, concise regular reporting (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual as required) on a variety of payroll related items including expense reports, overtime, vacation, etc.
- Employee benefit and expense report submissions review and payments
- Assisting the HR department with various employee related tasks
- Assist in the compilation of data for various reports
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Accurately and appropriately file correspondence with employees as well as external third parties
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allows one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Experience and proficiency using Payroll systems, Easypay experience would be considered an asset
- Experience Processing Bi-weekly Payroll experience would be preferred
