**We are searching for a Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Sales** **Team**
Now is the time to move forward and make an impact
As an **Inside Sales Support Specialist**, you will be responsible for regional lead management, assigned account growth and regional inventory management goals and general sales and technical support to assist in taking great care of customers.
**How will you impact our organization as an Inside Sales Support Specialist on a daily basis?**
- Research product information for sellers as needed.
- Assists in product selection.
- Assists when needed in New Customer Set-up.
- Aids sellers in pulling histories and building spreadsheets and sales proposals.
- Act as an expediter for critical inventory issues or back orders by identifying viable alternatives and presenting them to the customer or Customer Service Representative.
- Assists CSRs when they have technical questions.
- Advise on product cross reference options.
- Communicates with CSRs to move bulk tank shipments as needed.
- Ensures customers do not run out of resin or have a tanker scheduled to deliver that will not fit in the bulk tank.
- Researches and responds directly to customers who have technical questions over the phone.
- Assists seller’s smaller accounts when needed or requested by seller.
- Manages assigned account list.
- Exceeds Sales and GP sales goals for assigned accounts.
- Enters quotes.
- Manages Smart Sheets Leads including web, trade show and leads.
- Assigns leads to sellers, self or appropriate person.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field working with customers.
- Prior hands-on experience and composites knowledge are needed.
- SAP experience a plus.
- High School or higher-level degree.
- Must be proficient in MS Office software, including Word and Excel; requires ability to learn internal database and software systems, i.e. SAP.
- Able to travel when assigned.
- Superior oral and written skills are required to communicate at multiple levels within the organization, with Customers and industry leaders.
- Proactive communication and follow up is essential to manage Suppliers and Customers.
- Self-structure and a high degree of organizational skills are required to manage multiple products and market segments in a broad geographical area.
