**Inside Sales Representative**

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

**Main Role**:
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within _assigned territory_
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Customer service duties and follow up on current and new accounts
- Maintenance and upkeep of showroom samples and layout.
- Prepare and send samples to customers as needed

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
- Computer literacy, Microsoft office and excel a must
- Perfectly bilingual - French and English written & spoken a must

**Role principal**:
Le représentant des ventes internes jouera un rôle fondamental dans la réalisation de nos objectifs ambitieux d'acquisition de clients et de croissance des revenus. Vous devez être à l'aise pour passer des dizaines d'appels par jour, travailler avec les partenaires à l’interne, générer de l'intérêt, qualifier des prospects et conclure des ventes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Comprendre les besoins et les exigences des clients
- Acheminer les opportunités qualifiées vers les directeurs commerciaux appropriés pour un développement ultérieur et une fermeture
- Conclure les ventes et atteindre les quotas trimestriels
- Rechercher des nouveaux comptes, identifier les acteurs clés et générer de l'intérêt
- Maintenir et développer votre base de données de prospects dans le territoire assigné
- Faire équipe avec les partenaires de distribution pour créer un pipeline et conclure des accords
- Compléter les fonctions du service à la clientèle et suivi des nouveaux comptes et clients actuels
- Maintenance et entretien de la salle de montre.
- Préparer et envoyer les échantillons aux clients selon les besoins

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience éprouvée en vente interne
- Historique de dépassement des quotas
- Forte présence téléphonique et expérience dans la composition de dizaines d'appels par jour
- Maîtrise des outils de productivité d'entreprise et de présentation Web
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Solides capacités d'écoute et de présentation
- Excellents principes de vente et pratiques du service à la clientèle
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches, à établir des priorités et à gérer efficacement le temps
- Diplôme BA/BS ou équivalent
- Facilité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de changer rapidement d'orientation
- Connaissances informatiques, Microsoft Office et Excel indispensables
- Parfaitement bilingue - français et anglais écrit et parlé un must
