**About the Role**
**Inspired Strategy Group** is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to be the ultimate support system for both our business and our president, Jessica Potts. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating order (and maybe share our love for colorful sticky notes), this role is for you
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Your mission? **Save Jessica time and stress**. Please keep this in mind while you are rocking the following:
**-**Keeping the business running smoothly by managing administrative tasks like a pro.
- Developing and maintaining internal systems and processes that are efficient and repeatable.
- Organizing meetings, events, and training sessions—covering every detail with precision and mínimal oversight.
- Preparing polished materials, from pre-event packets to post-event PowerPoint summaries.
- Handling correspondence, schedules, and travel arrangements like a true logistics wizard.
- Supporting business development through thoughtful research and discovery.
- Owning Jessica’s calendar and keeping everyone on track.
- Keeping our supplies stocked (including that never-ending stash of sticky notes).
- Managing a social media content calendar to showcase our brand.

**About You**
You’re a self-starter with:
- A ridiculous attention to detail—working quickly and accurately is your jam.
- Exceptional communication skills that shine on every platform.
- Creativity and resourcefulness to solve problems.
- A natural ability to juggle competing deadlines and stay cool under pressure.
- Strong intuition and emotional intelligence, helping you navigate client needs with empathy.
- The ability to work your magic with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bonus points if you have a flair for content creation.
**What’s in it for you?**
**Wage**:$22-$25/hour based on experience.
**Hours**:30-35 hours/week, depending on the needs of the business. Weekdays, with very occasional evening/weekend flexibility**.**
**Location**:Niagara based**.**A mix of remote, on-site, and office work. Must have your own transportation**.**
**Dress Code**:Adapt to the moment—from jeans and business casual to something more formal.
**Proposed Start Date**:February 10, 2025.
