Community Living St. Catharines is recruiting for the following positon:
Position: Administrative Assistant, Permanent, Full Time, Posting Date: September 27, 2024

Community Living is seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and motived individual to provide a full range of administrative supports to the Corporate Office, Fund Development and Community Support Programs. Responsibilities will include: reception of Administrative Office, telephone answering, maintaining a filing system, conducting online research, generating reports, performing data entry, recording minutes of meetings, and other general administrative duties. Act as the Administrator for social media platforms, including; create, edit and maintain social media postings and update agency website as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Requirement - Diploma in Administrative Services or working towards
- One - two years’ experience in a fast-paced environment performing various admin duties
- Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional skills in the areas of prioritization, and problem-solving
- Experience maintaining up to date filing systems
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team and independently
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office/Windows/Excel, or other related software programs, including creating posts for social media platforms
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Police Check
- Completion of the Ministry of Labour Worker Health and Safety Awareness Certificate

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Must be flexible to work evenings if required

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour Start Date: To be arranged

**Closing Date: 4:00 pm, Friday, October 4, 2024**
