We are looking for a team player that can fit in well with our productive office of 5.
Position would include generating/confirming orders, completing invoices, checking documents to insure accuracy and assist in daily office administrative tasks. Training is provided. Company benefits provided after 6 months successful fulltime employment, and incentives offered. Monday to Friday between hours 8-4 and 30-40hrs/wk
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Familiarity with Sage and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
