**Duties**:

- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as directed by managers
- Compiling information and maintaining accurate departmental or company records
- Giving employees the tools and assistance they need to perform their duties as well as possible
- Establishing, enhancing, and maintaining a department-wide organised system
- Learning about departmental needs and goals by collaborating with managers and team leaders
- Ensuring that all operations adhere to corporate, industrial, federal, and local requirements
- Recognizing and fixing issues
- Creating and upholding explicit operational guidelines to guarantee uniformity in activities
- Works together with managers to establish policies, processes, and procedures

**Qualifications include**:

- Strong written communication skills for handling letters, interacting with clients, and dealing with the public
- Capable of managing time, setting priorities, and multitasking
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving and business acumen
- Superb interpersonal abilities to establish enduring bonds with coworkers, vendors, and suppliers
- Capable of providing and accepting constructive criticism and feedback through a range of venues
- Strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Experience in project management
- At ease in a high-stress setting
- Responding promptly and expertly to team grievances
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
