Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chatime Metrotown. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards are met
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
