**Description**:
Your role is to support the dynamic needs of a realtor in an office setting.

**Duties**:

- answer phones
- schedule property showings
- respond to client inquiries
- prepare listing and transactional documents
- maintain electronic client and file databases
- plan open houses
- create marketing materials
- manage client appreciation
- run errands (i.e. hang lockboxes, drop off mail, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- high level of attention to detail
- able to prioritize tasks
- independent and self-directed worker
- creative problem-solver
- high regard for confidentiality
- driver’s licence and personal vehicle

**Assets**:

- real estate administrative experience
- customer service experience
- marketing and/or graphic design experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
