**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**
- Create an environment that is welcoming and warm to our clients, employees and realtors
- Secretarial and clerical duties that include but not limited to answering the telephone, taking appropriate messages, typing correspondence and scheduling appointments
- Sort and process incoming mail along with daily bank deposits
- Overseeing office supplies and services
- Assist realtors with preparing real estate forms, documents, correspondence and updating information on the Multiple Listing Service
- Maintain electronic filing systems and update advertising displays
- Ensure availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary
- Heart of our organization and right-hand assistant to our Broker
**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Qualifications**
- Minimum of two to four years in office administration, or relevant experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, strong attention to detail with accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in working with sensitive and confidential information
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
