About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee our office services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various administrative activities, from logistics to budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, promoting efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
Work Environment
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
