**What we offer**

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing sales team. This role will be responsible to manage sales operations through providing ongoing support, development and training to the sales team to ensure sales targets and excellent customer service is provide to both prospective and existing homeowners.

**What you’ll do**
- Represent the Mattamy brand to all prospective and existing homebuyers.
- Play an essential sales leadership role to establish a sense and clear vision to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work in conjunction with Onsite Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to;
- Coach, mentor and train the sales team on ways to improve their sales performance, improve customer satisfaction and achieve target sales goals and AVID survey results.
- Provide leadership to the Sales Centre administrators and leads, ensuring consistency of administrative processes (including timely reporting) and sales excellence standards.
- Assist in the management of our CRM.
- Manage SPEC Home listing and tracking process.
- Sales Release Management.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Maintain up to date competitor analysis with assistance from Sales Coordinators.
- Answer and handle responses to inquiries from various individuals within the company as well as from the public including the communication of policies and resolution of complaints.
- Handle escalated homeowner questions and concerns regarding the sales process.
- Work with Vice President, and Directors to strategize new releases with and price and lot premium strategy suggestions.
- Provide sales office set up support (IT, staffing, release management, etc.)
- Oversee the management of onsite Sales Staff onboarding and scheduling.
- Attend and assist at all sales launches.
- Support Director, Sales with monthly sales meetings.
- Work between the various sales offices, Mississauga head office and have regular touch points with other residential builders. Some weekend work may be required.

**What **y**ou **b**ring**
- University degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations role, with a progression towards a managerial role.
- Ability to understand and explain floor plans, site plans, land/lot dimensions, knowledge of home construction and legal agreements of purchase and sale.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to recognize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey messages through various channels.
- Ability to coordinate several simultaneous work tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to establish credibility, trust and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for real estate in general and residential development
