Roles and responsibilities:
- Full scope administrative support services including answering phone calls and directing inquiries, managing incoming general mailbox, photocopying, filing, distributions, and organizing meetings.
- Process incoming mail and direct to appropriate department,
- Support the payables team, reading and understanding invoices,
- Support the cash team with incoming cheques and client payments,
- Provides required support including database administration, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
- Organize and arrange travel for management and field staff,
- Manage and order office supplies, inventory, and field equipment,
- Oversee company communications, mass distribution of information and updates,
- Support various marketing and sales campaigns including printed media, social media and conventions,
- Escalates issues appropriately and identifies areas of concern for management,
- Seeks to improve processes and efficiencies where possible,
- Cross trains with other administrative and operations roles to provide vacation and leave coverage
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in front desk operations and clerical duties
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
