RE/MAX ROYAL JORDAN est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste avec expérience à temp plein pour se joindre à l’équipe de notre bureau de Pointe-Claire.
- Recevoir et acheminer les appels téléphoniques de façon courtoise et professionnelle et/ou en fournissant des renseignements généraux.
- Accueillir les visiteurs avec politesse et courtoisie.
- Répondre de manière expéditive aux divers courriels.
- S'assurer qu’en tout temps, la réception est rangée et présentable.
- Vérification des contrats de courtiers.
- Commander et entretenir l’inventaire de bureau sur une base régulière.
- Performer des tâches cléricales, ainsi que l’entrée et la vérification de données.
- Faire la mise à jour des différentes bases de données du bureau.
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Expérience en immobilier un atout;
- Bilingue (français et anglais : oral et écrit)
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office;
- Excellent service à la clientèle;
- Grand professionnalisme;
- Rapidité d’exécution;
- Capacité d’anticipation, de jugement et d’initiative
Type d’emploi : Temps-plein - 40 heures semaine
Salaire : débute à 17,00$ et jusqu’à 20,00$/heure en fonction de l’expérience

RE/MAX ROYAL JORDAN is currently looking for a full-time experienced receptionist to join our Pointe-Claire office.
- Answer and redirect all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and/or while providing any required general information.
- Greet visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception is at all times tidy and presentable.
- Verify the Realtor contracts.
- Order and maintain office inventory on a regular basis.
- Perform diverse clerical tasks, as well as data entry and data verification.
- Update of the various office databases.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Real Estate is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English: oral and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service.
- Professionalism.
- Speed of execution.
- Capacity of anticipation, judgment, and initiative.
Employment Type: Full time 40 hours per week
**Salary**: Starting at $17.00 $ and up to $20.00/hour depending on experience.
