Our firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. **Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, clerk, or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de fournir un service client exceptionnel, de gérer les opérations de la réception et de contribuer à diverses tâches administratives. Devoirs:

- Accueillir et accueillir les visiteurs de manière professionnelle et conviviale
- Répondre aux appels entrants et les diriger vers la personne ou le service approprié
- Effectuer les tâches de saisie de données avec précision et efficacité
- Planifier les rendez-vous et maintenir les calendriers
- Aider au classement, à la numérisation et à l'organisation des documents
- Fournir un soutien administratif aux différents départements selon les besoins

Qualifications:

- Expérience antérieure en tant que réceptionniste, commis ou assistant administratif préférée
- Maîtrise de la saisie de données et de l'utilisation des logiciels bureautiques
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
- Familiarité avec les systèmes téléphoniques et les équipements de bureau
- Esprit orienté service client avec une attitude amicale et professionnelle

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
