**Rankin Construction Inc. - Administrative Receptionist**

We are a progressive and diversified Heavy Civil Construction company with offices in St. Catharines and Hamilton.

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Administrative Receptionist to work full time in our St. Catharines office.

This position offers competitive salary and benefits.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Assist with coordination and prepare for meetings, conference calls, training and events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering, providing reminders as needed
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)/ Excellent communication and people skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
