**Digital Marketing Specialist**
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Demand Generation team at Modern Campus, charged with optimizing the capabilities of the marketing automation platform (including HubSpot and Drift) to drive highly targeted and low-friction programs. Working closely with all members of the Marketing team, as well as cross-departmentally, this person will help implement and maintain all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, PathFactory and Omni CMS. Success for this role, like all roles in Marketing, is ultimately measured by attainment of the company’s revenue targets.
You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and work collaboratively with the teams in Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Development.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in building and maintaining a sophisticated lead nurture environment with automated workflows, measuring their success, and finding ways to optimize
- Orchestrate the strategy and execution of highly targeted programs such as account-based marketing with your partners in Marketing, Sales and Sales Development
- Measure marketing campaign metrics and report on their performance
- Seek out opportunities for A/B testing to increase productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot, Drift and other marketing tech tools such as lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and persona-based segmentation
- Champion the health of the HubSpot database by keeping data and contact records clean and accurate
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of integrations to the marketing HubSpot instance such as Salesforce, PathFactory, and other marketing software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on making website updates to increase engagement and conversion.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of marketing automation experience, preferably with HubSpot
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
