The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns including lead gen, brand awareness, sales and more. You will play a pivotal role in the development and assisting with Menē's marketing initiatives including PR, creative, and more. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop the digital marketing calendar and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across social media and email marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta to maximize ROAS and ROI
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging digital assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our audience
- Manage Menē's organic social channels including the strategy, asset creation, copywriting, and posting
- Showcase the exciting World of Menē by writing short blog posts
- Continuous learning about the changes in the jewelry industry and customer trends and changes
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology to continuously improve our digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Be the brand voice online for Menē and grow our brand awareness with new customers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry
- University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications or a related experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable results, and achieving KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. SEO is plus
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business and Ads Manager. Twitter and TikTok is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
