A World Meats’ Office Manager is the primary contact for all employees within their department. This includes all day-to-day communication and are the key contact for their department, and the rest of the organization. They act as a liaison, coach, workflow, process, planning and efficient execution within their department.

- Addresses complaints - customer or employee
- Communications with departments and management

**Administrative**
- Consistent completion and approval of logs, spreadsheets, and reports
- All employee personal reports (IDP, PDP, Orientation)
- Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals

**Skills and Requirements**
- Experience in leading others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Professional phone manner and presence
- Excellent initiative, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to coach others on identifying and meet customer and organizations needs and requirements
- Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
- Proactive Problem Solver, and ability to see beyond the task in front of them and work independently
- Demonstrate effective organizational, time management, and follow up skills
- Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently and work under time constraints, meeting all deadlines.
- Able to engage customers through open dialogue and fact finding
- Must be proactive and resourceful

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
