Accutemp Refrigeration is a HVAC & Refrigeration company located in Victoria and has been in business for over 40 years. We are growing and so we need office support.

**_ Full-Time Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM_**
- Data entry
- Payroll
- Reception coverage & Scheduling Technicians
- Assist the Accounting Manager
- Various administrative duties
- Organize, correlate and file paperwork

**Required Skills and Characteristics**
- Highly organized
- Reliable
- Prior payroll experience (preferable, not a must)
- Comfortable calculating intermediate figures (percentages, discounts, commissions)
- Knowledgeable and comfortable using computers and multi-line phone system
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Knowledge of the city
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn our internal systems and tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software
- Concise verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time
- Ability to troubleshoot and quickly learn when to ask questions
- Keen to learn and flexible to take on new tasks to support the team
- Professional, friendly disposition
- Once trained; able to work well independently while supporting the team

**Experience and Education**
- Completed Grade 12 education
- 2 years of previous work experience in an administrative role
- Valid Drivers License
