**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Sales and Administration Support person, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with your excellent communication and organizational skills. You will start with a comprehensive training program to teach you the ins and outs of the dealership and the role. In this role you will enjoy being exposed to many different departments of the dealership and providing support to each. You will also build a strong working relationship with the management team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Customer facing experience from any industry with a professional environment
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about the automotive industry
- Tech savvy, strong MS Excel and word skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the sales and sales management team in inventory administration, vehicle ordering, stock management and sales reporting
- Assist sales in processing necessary paperwork for vehicle transactionsMaintain vehicle inventory database
