**Position**: Administrator Support Coordinator

As our Administrator Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of customer support and clerical duties such as:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers and clients, and evaluate the purpose of inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate team member.
- Handle product and project purchasing, including shipping and receiving duties (which may include lifting boxes up to 65lbs)
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service through timely response to inquiries and requests.
- Manage other administrative and recordkeeping requirements, including supporting the maintenance of office files and records in both paper and electronic form.
- Provide administrative support to the sales, estimating, operations and administrative teams as required.
